H.A.G Entertainment Inc. (the "Company") is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all attendees, participants, guests, vendors, and staff. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for behavior and conduct during our events, both in-person and online. By attending our events, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and contribute to a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Respect for All

Treat all attendees, participants, guests, and staff with kindness, respect, and consideration, regardless of their race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, or any other characteristic.

Harassment-Free Environment

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any form of intimidation will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive comments, slurs, threats, unwanted advances, and unwelcome physical contact.

Cosplay and Costumes

If you choose to wear a costume or participate in cosplay, ensure that it adheres to our Cosplay and Costume Policy and does not  violate any rules.

Respect Personal Space

Always respect personal boundaries and consent. Do not touch anyone without their clear and voluntary permission. Do not disrupt personal boundaries or interfere with attendees' enjoyment of the event.

Respect Private Spaces

Respect designated private areas, including restrooms, changing rooms, and backstage areas. Avoid capturing images or recordings in these spaces unless authorized.

Disruptive Behavior

Disruptive or unsafe behavior, such as excessive intoxication, vandalism, or any activity that poses a risk to others, is strictly prohibited.

Props and Weapons

Any props, weapons, or cosplay accessories must adhere to our Weapons & Props Policy. Any item that resembles a real weapon must be clearly marked as non-functional.

Alcohol and Substance Use

If alcohol is available at our events, drink responsibly, and adhere to all relevant laws and age restrictions. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Event Policies

Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all event policies, including our Ticketing Policies, and any other posted rules.

Reporting Incidents: If you witness or experience harassment, discrimination, or any violations of this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to event staff, security, or a designated point of contact.

Investigation and Response: Blerd Bash will take all reports seriously and promptly investigate them. Appropriate action will be taken, which may include warnings, removal from the event, or legal action, depending on the severity of the incident.

Confidentiality: We respect the privacy of all individuals involved in a report. All reports will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.

Online Behavior: Our Code of Conduct extends to online spaces related to our events, including social media. Please be respectful and avoid engaging in online harassment or hate speech.

Content Sharing: When sharing event-related content online, use the official event hashtags and respect the rights of content creators. Do not use content without permission or misrepresent it.

By attending Blerd Bash events, all attendees grant the Company and its affiliates an unrestricted, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use their likeness, including photographs, videos, and audio recordings, captured during the events. This likeness may be used for promotional, marketing, advertising, and other related purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media, printed materials, and event documentation. Attendees waive any claims, rights, or compensation related to the use of their likeness, understanding that such usage is in the context of event promotion and community-building.

  • NO Sitting on designated dancefloor areas
  • NO Moshing, crowd-surfing or stage-diving
  • NO Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors
  • NO Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc.
  • NO Aerosol products/cans or spray paint
  • NO Balls or Frisbees
  • NO Bota bags or flasks
  • NO Drones, remote-controlled aircraft, toys
  • NO Drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • NO E-liquid or E-juice of any kind (subject to the discretion of the venue and security teams)
  • NO Gas masks
  • NO Glass, cans, cups or coolers
  • NO Illegal substances
  • NO Large purses, bags or backpacks (over 12″×12″)
  • NO Laser pointers and air horns
  • NO Over-the-counter medication (available inside event from a first aid station)
  • NO Pets except service or emotional support animals
  • NO Unapproved flyers, handbills, or brochures
  • NO Toy guns, water guns, slingshots
  • NO Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)

Acceptable Forms of ID

  • Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
  • US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
  • Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (not valid for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)
  • Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license — ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

 

Unacceptable Forms of ID

  • NO School ID
  • NO Consular ID
  • NO Birth certificate
  • NO Expired ID of any kind
  • NO Photocopy of any ID (except as noted above)
  • NO Temporary DMV license without passport or expired license

The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event; violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found intoxicated at entry, security may not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.

Every attendee (including media) will be searched prior to entry. By purchasing or accepting a ticket, you agree to submit to a thorough search, including emptying your pockets and bags, a full pat-down, and having all of your items examined. Security officers work both inside and outside our events. All narcotics laws are strictly enforced. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
